Shipping Rates and delivery estimates:
We understand that it’s vital that your order arrives on time for your event. That’s why we offer standard shipping with a turnaround time of 4-7 business working days. The total delivery time is the processing time plus the delivery time.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to individualized attention to each order. Our team works diligently to ensure that every new order is queued and fulfilled as quickly as possible, typically within two working days.
It is important to note that all items are custom-made and require time for production.
Once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled at any stage. The order is considered complete upon receipt. If your order has not yet been started and we have not cut any boards, we can make an exception and modify/adapt your order. If we have started cutting any boards however, you will not be eligible to make any changes or adaptations.
The estimated delivery date for your products will be provided in a confirmation email, which will be sent within the completed order notification for your order. Please be aware that this date is only an estimate and is subject to change.
Once processing is complete, the products are packed and await collection by our courier.
Please note that orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend are queued for processing commencing the next working day, which is typically Monday.
Most of deliveries require a signature from someone at the delivery address. Delivery is considered complete when the products are signed for at the delivery address, and the signature serves as conclusive evidence that the products have been delivered to you at that address.
Most orders will be assigned a tracking number before it leaves our facility, so you will always know where your package is during its journey. Large shipments may be delivered in instalments. Some large/ heavy orders may not have a tracking number available to the customers as we monitor the delivery through the courier company software.
Lead Time:
Most orders will leave our workshop within 2-5 working days of being placed, but there may be occasional delays. If this occurs, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
The courier typically delivers shipments on the following working day after collection. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we regret that we have no control over any delays that may occur during the courier’s delivery process.
Orders collected by the courier from our store on Friday are typically delivered on Monday. However, it is possible for the courier to experience delays and deliver the package one day later. Unfortunately, we have no control over the courier’s operations and any delays that may occur during the delivery process.

Shipping charge is calculated during the ordering process. If your postcode does not display a price, please get in touch with us via email at sale@justmdf.co.uk to receive a quotation.
Orders will only be delivered to your doorstep/ bottom of your flat. Our couriers and their drivers are not obliged to carry these into your property at any point.
