Why Have Delivery Prices Increased?
We believe in being transparent with our customers, which is why we want to explain a recent change impacting our shipping costs. Our courier company has implemented new size restrictions on parcels. Any package over 1200mm in length is now classified as freight, regardless of its weight or overall size.
This policy means that even lightweight and compact packages—such as a 100mm x 100mm x 2400mm parcel weighing just 8kg—are now treated as if they require a 7.5-ton lorry for delivery. Unfortunately, this has significantly increased shipping expenses, forcing us to adjust our prices to reflect these new shipping requirements.
We understand how frustrating this might be, and we are actively working on finding cost-effective solutions to keep delivery prices as fair as possible. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support as we navigate these changes.
Reliable Shipping for Your Custom Orders
At JustMDF, we know how important it is for your order to arrive on time for your event or project. That’s why we offer reliable standard shipping with a 5-10 business day turnaround, combining both processing time and delivery time to ensure a smooth experience.
Custom-Made Products
Since every item is custom-made, production time is required. Once you place your order, it cannot be cancelled. However, if production hasn’t started or boards haven’t been cut, we can accommodate changes to your order. Once production begins, we cannot make any alterations.
Estimated Delivery Date
After your order is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email which shortly after should follow up with another email stating delivery timeframes. Please note that this date is subject to change, so we recommend planning accordingly. Once processing is complete, your order will be packed and handed over to our trusted courier.
Order Processing and Shipping Details
Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will be processed starting the next working day, typically Monday. Most deliveries require a signature at the delivery address. The delivery is considered complete when signed for, with the signature serving as confirmation that the products have been delivered to the correct address.
Track Your Shipment
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll typically provide a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. For larger or heavier orders, deliveries may be split into multiple shipments. While a tracking number may not always be available for certain shipments, we closely monitor all deliveries through the courier’s tracking system.
Lead Time and Delivery Process
Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days, though delays can occasionally happen. If there is any delay, we will notify you promptly. Once the courier collects your package, it is usually delivered the next working day. Orders shipped on Fridays are typically delivered on Monday, although occasional delays may push the delivery to the following day. Unfortunately, we cannot control delays caused by the courier.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout. If you don’t see a shipping price for your postcode, please contact us at sale@justmdf.co.uk for a personalised quote.
Please note that we deliver to your doorstep or the bottom of your flat. Our couriers are not able to carry orders into your property.
